Uzair Malik is a Boston-based stand-up comedian who brings a global perspective and sharp wit to every stage he steps on. Born and raised in a Muslim family in India, Uzair moved to the United States in 2021 and quickly made his mark on the comedy scene, finishing as Runner-Up in New England’s Funniest Comedian Competition in 2023. He has been featured at the World Series of Comedy, Boston Comedy Festival, and Rogue Island Comedy Festival, and has opened for nationally touring comedians including Dusty Slay, Alingon Mitra, Zoltan Kaszas, and Jaspreet Singh. Uzair has performed at comedy clubs coast-to-coast, including Laugh Boston, Zanies Nashville, Comedy Connection, Nick’s Comedy Stop, Rick Bronson’s House of Comedy, and Westside Comedy Theater. Blending immigrant experiences, cultural observations, and everyday absurdities, Uzair delivers smart, engaging comedy with a perspective that spans continents.
