Sid Puri is a California-based stand-up comedian and practicing psychiatrist who has found that both professions involve listening to people’s problems—only one of them pays in drink tickets. Blending sharp observations about medicine, identity, family, and the awkward truths we all try to ignore, Sid brings an intelligent and refreshingly honest perspective to the stage. Drawing from his experiences navigating two very different worlds, his comedy is thoughtful, relatable, and packed with laughs. He continues to live in California, where he proudly disappoints his parents in increasingly creative ways.
