Raza Jafri is a Pakistani-American stand-up comedian, writer, producer, and entrepreneur whose comedy blends race, relationships, culture, and society with a healthy dose of absurdity and good-natured nihilism. Based in Austin, Texas, Raza is the founder of East Austin Comedy Club and creator of Brown Noise Comedy, a touring showcase spotlighting South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Persian comedians. A nationally touring performer, he has appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Harlem Comedy Festival, and Plano Comedy Festival, and has shared the stage with comedians including Russell Peters, Usama Siddiquee, and Sam Tallent.
